Kitchen is turning out awesomely. A lil narrow for two but that's why I got the barstools. To the left of the microwave is a dedicated coffee and tea cupboard. The water purifier on the fridge actually works and is delicious! (I'm kinda a water snob so this makes me very happy).

Taku the life size Humpback Whale you have to see at least once. Located on the edge of downtown Juneau.

Finally got a couch and its comfy! (Unless youre 6'5" then it may be a lil low to the ground).

The snow you see out past the patio is micro compared the 16 feet dump we got this winter!

The condo is above Lemon Creek, a popular wildlife belt for porcupine, birds, & the local bear. :) A trail follows along the creek and is very peaceful.

Great location. Awesome roommate!

Carol's place was the perfect spot for my travel contract at bartlett for 3 months. The house is close to costco, the bus stop. It is right in between the mendelhaal valley( hiking and waterfalls) and downtown juneau (cruise ships). Carol was very helpful and accommodating to my every request and the house and the room were perfect for me. Whoever gets this place will have river flowing right in their backyard and the view of thunder mountain from their bedroom window. I will definitely rent this place again if i visit juneau in the future. Thank you Carol !

Anuj was a most respectful, thoughtful, and helpful tenant one could ask for. We made a small community in a short amount of time. He is welcome to return anytime. Thank you Anuj!
