Condominium, which is very cozy and cheerfully furnished to relax after a long day. The area is well maintained and is situated in a cul-de-sac , therefore, no thru trafficking mainly the few residence who reside in the cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is walkable

It is about a 5-10 minutes commute to downtown Charlotte and midpoint to some of the large hospitals such as Anthem, Presbyterian and University hospital. Short commute to the University of Charlotte and Wachovia complex.

Highly Recommend
Spacious cozy home with all essential appliances. Great location in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Few minutes away from Plaza Midwood and Elizabeth. Everything we needed was close by such as Food Lion, CVS, restaurants etc... Both the landlord and her property manager were very kind and communicative! We had a great time in Charlotte and are very happy we chose to stay at this property.
