BEWARE !
When I first asked about anybody else staying there. She told me there was a male & he was full time student & worker at Yale. That he was barely at the house. LIES ! He also has a young toddler who stays over often. This wasn’t told to me. Some of the appliances can be updated as well. The full bed provided was also very low & not really comfortable at all. Staying there within the first week I seen a mouse running across the kitchen counter. Reached out to her immediately about the situation. Took her over 12 hours to respond back! She told me she would handle the situation. By getting temporary traps & reaching out for an exterminator to come by the house. But that it would be difficult & hard to get someone due to the holiday, sure. Traps placed were purchased by the male tenant who lives there.
