The property manager, Wardah, was superbly responsive. I had no major issues with the apartment itself or the property, and any minor issues were promptly and properly resolved. The location is excellent, walking distance to Brickell and a Publix and feels safe. There was always a parking spot available for my car. The furniture was clean, AC unit and plumbing worked fine. Highly recommend this unit, primarily thanks to the quick and professional communication of the property manager.

Excellent Service

I stayed here for two months during a rotation at Jackson Memorial Hospital. The landlord was very flexible with dates and payment, which helped a lot since we booked last minute and didn’t have a U.S. bank account. The area is quiet, about a 15-minute walk to Brickell, with nearby grocery stores and easy access to Little Havana. We also used the train station to get to the hospital without issues. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and any problems were fixed quickly. Beds were comfortable and heating worked well. Improvements: the kitchen needs more equipment (no blender, toaster, plates, or glasses). Laundry works well downstairs with quarters. Internet is decent but could be stronger in all rooms. Overall, a comfortable stay for two people. Recommended, especially for students.
