I have never rented a room before, I've always had my own ADU or blocked off entrance in the places I have stayed as a traveler, so I will say I was a little reluctant going into this. I've had a great experience here, and staying with Katie has been a breeze. She's very accommodating and thoughtful as a landlord, which I am not used to. I never felt like I didn't have enough privacy, or I was walking on eggshells in the home-both things I was worried about. Her home is in a very central location and was extremely safe and quiet, in a neighborhood with lots of families and things close by. I would stay with her again in the future if I took another contract in Fresno.
