Formal Notice of Tenancy Concerns
I am writing to formally document serious concerns from my recent stay and request resolution. First, I was verbally and via email assured I would receive the master bedroom; however, this was never included in a formal written agreement, and there have been inconsistencies in how this understanding has been represented. Second, I anticipate an attempt to charge a $200 cleaning fee, which I dispute as unreasonable. No professional cleaning services were provided during my stay, and I maintained the property in good condition. Finally, I was removed from the property under circumstances I believe were discriminatory and related to my political views. To prevent further issues, I request that all agreements—including room assignments, fees, and any changes—be clearly documented in writing to ensure transparency and protect all parties involved.
