Great location and landlord!
Stayed here for a travel nurse assignment. Landlord is very approachable and responsive to concerns. The space is newly renovated so everything is pretty new. Option to enter through garage for complete privacy like having your own studio. Small fridge and microwave provided. Area is safe and quiet. Had no problem sleeping during the day. Street parking available, just take note of cleaning days. Across the street from grocery, cafe, and other food options. 10min walk to Daly City Bart and several bus stops nearby.
