Summer room rental for an Internship

I needed to find a summer rental for an internship in Olathe, Kansas. I'm really glad I chose this place. The owners were great to work with very responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The rental was very well kept, nicely furnished, and clean. They also provided light cleaning every other week, which was a nice extra. The amenities were great, and the other renters/roommates were respectful and kept things quiet, which made it a comfortable place to come home to after work. The location was also convenient for me. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, furnished, and well-managed rental in Olathe.

The owners Lance and Merriett are so welcoming and accommodating! The space is clean and well kept and the roommates are very quiet and nice to be around.

Great Experience with Wonderful Host

I had an excellent stay at this property in Olathe. The room was a good size, and the queen bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of closet space, and I really appreciated that all linens, washcloths, and towels were provided—it made settling in easy. The home itself was very clean, and all the appliances were practically brand new, which was a big plus. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, and the location was perfect for me—only about 13 minutes from work. Merrie and Lance were great landlords—very accommodating and easy to communicate with. My roommates were also respectful and easy to live with, which made the overall experience even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better setup. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

My stay at their residence was amazing. The owners were very kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my time there. They live nearby and were very responsive, which made the experience even smoother. They truly made my first shared housing experience very easy and comfortable. My roommates were great as well very clean, respectful, and easy to live with. Having an electric car was also a huge plus because they had a charger installed that I could use for a monthly fee, which was very convenient. Another thoughtful touch was that they would come by weekly to do some light tidying around the house, which was really nice and helped keep the space comfortable for everyone. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely book with them again. I highly recommend staying here you won’t regret it.
