Beautifully Remodeled Woodinville Home With Outdoor Oasis, And Easy Access To Hospitals

Beyond Exceeded Expectations!

The photos are beautiful but this home was even better in person. It far exceeded our expectations when booking. It's located near downtown Woodinville, also a short drive away to Seattle and Bellevue. The home itself I can't say nice enough things about. The fully enclosed back AND front yard was an absolute dream for our dog and young kids. The gated driveway was so lovely for my son riding his bike without me having to worry about him riding into the road. The home looks bigger in person too, with three bedrooms plus an office. It is thoughtfully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could want in a kitchen, air fryer, mixer, espresso machine, instapot, wine fridge! And Marci couldn't be more responsive or helpful. She answers texts quickly and in very knowledgeable about the area. We had one minor issue with an appliance and she was on it same day. I would give this stay ten stars if I could. Highly recommend booking it, you will not be disappointed.

The Perfect Spot

Our family loved staying at this beautifully remodeled woodinville home for almost 4 months while we figured out the next adventure for us after selling our home. The landlords were fantastic to work with and have created a wonderful space to live, enjoy and relax. This house had everything we needed to feel at home! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, baking and even had a popcorn machine! It is close to downtown woodinville, but still has the peace and quiet we were looking for. Tucked back on a private gated driveway we didn’t hear any people, road noise and the neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The office was perfect for my husband while he worked remote. We were especially grateful the owners were able to make space in a guest room for our toddlers crib, as he hadn’t transitioned to a toddler bed. I highly recommend this rental and its owners! It was a dream stay! We love our new home, but we will always miss “our Leota house”
