This is a quiet space to work, sleep, and unwind after a long day doing whatever it is you do!

Quiet neighborhood, a few hundred yards from the Chandler Bike/Walking Path. Lace-up-and-go 24/7! Walking distance to several restaurants: Porto's Bakery & Cafe, Magnolia Grill (diner), Tequila's, Tatsu Sushi, Century Dragon (Chinese), Mucho Mas, and Taco Bell. NoHo Arts District (and the NoHo Metro subway stop) is a mile away. Take the Chandler Bike Path for most of the way.

Chip's Great Place
Chip's place was incredible - great location, perfect clean and great conditions inside, always parking, and more. Stayed here for just over 10 weeks and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Gotta Love Chip's Place
This was my third stay using Furnished Finder and it was my favorite. Chip is a pro -- available but not intrusive. Handled all my requests/questions with aplomb. And the space was perfect for me. Modern, safe and well appointed. My favorite things?! Quiet, private, safe and well located. Lotta newness to the unit. Great part of LA...ALSO -- walk to groceries and other stuff and parking was EASY! Huge plus.

Quiet, private and comfortable
Just what I was looking for this rental is tucked away, safe and quiet. Really enjoyed the well appointed kitchen. I like to cook and it had everything I needed. Loved the private patio and having an outside bbq all to myself. Also, washer and dryer was a big plus.

Wonderful stay!
Chip’s place is great! Totally private. Quiet. It looks like the pictures but feels a little larger. I had my own private patio with a gas BBQ that I used plenty. Full washer & dryer in the bathroom. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and parking was easy, right in front. I liked that there was a walking path nearby that goes for miles. And the free NFL Sunday Ticket, YouTube TV and HBO was a nice bonus. I’ll be back!
