Our house is a vintage Chicago two-flat in Logan Square. You'll have the whole first floor apartment, with three bedrooms, one bath (with a great claw-foot tub), and central heat/air.
When the weather's nice, you're welcome to spend time in our back yard -- a fire pit is available (we've got firewood you can use), as well as a gas grill and a hammock for relaxing in the shade.
