Room for rent is in my home in a quiet cul-de-sac, walking distance to restaurants and lots of shops and two grocery stores. Larger shopping center with Target and Trader Joes about 10 minutes away. Marina state beach is about a 5 minute drive. The room is airy and bright with huge closet and fully furnished.

Excellent hospitality
I've lived here for 6 months and Carmen is incredibly nice, very responsive, and very accommodating. The neighborhood is very quite and everyone is looking out for each other. Great access to parks, grocery stores, and public transportation (Marina transit). I feel extremely safe knowing that police patrols the neighborhood regularly. Simba and Narla are the cutest puppies to play with. KimmyK-
