Unit is located on a 60 acre historic property between Blacksburg and Christiansburg. The Villa is private and self contained. There are other residents on the property including the owners and a caretaker. The driveway is gravel and well maintained without much slope. We have many gardens as well as a 2 +miles of trails. 100+ year old trees provide homes to may species of birds and other wildlife.
