A Hidden Gem in St. Pete - Didn't Want to Leave
What started as a 2-month stay turned into nearly 5 months because I simply didn't want to leave. The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly turnkey. Everything you need is here, from a comfortable bed to a coffee maker. The backyard is my favorite part, a private tropical oasis with turf, pavers, and a covered BBQ area. My dog loves it. Location is unbeatable: walkable neighborhood, restaurants and markets nearby, less than 10 min from downtown St. Pete, 20 from the beach and Tampa Airport. Angie and David are kind, easy to communicate with, and went beyond being great hosts. Angie is a local real estate agent who became a trusted resource and a friend. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located, fully furnished home in St. Pete, this is it. Highly recommend.
