Great stay!

I’d like to start by saying this was a fantastic rental space! My boyfriend and I stayed here for a little over a month and found it to be both comfortable and enjoyable throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how conveniently located it was near the metro station, which made getting in and out of DC easy without the hassle of parking or traffic. Oksana was incredibly responsive and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The move-in and move-out process was seamless, which made the entire experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful apartment

This is an awesome basement unit. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with some really good restaurants within a couple block radius. About a 10 minute walk to the Georgia Ave - Petworth metro station with direct access to green and yellow lines. The unit has everything you need - dishes, toaster, kettle, cooktop, TV, nespresso machine, fast wifi, washer/dryer. Excellent place to stay, and the hosts were responsive and very thoughtful in how they equipped the unit as well as leaving the necessary supplies you may need -- cleaning supplies, soaps, lint rollers, etc. Very nice place and made my stay in DC much more enjoyable!
