For a monthly stay, we wouldn't recommend more than 3 people, unless it's a family with children. This is an extremely unique property in that it's a top level condo in a brand new building. There are two levels beneath this one and no one above it. The views are unobstructed of the Yampa River and the Steamboat Ski Resort. There is a flight of stairs to go up to the property and no elevator.
