The room can be furnished in a number of ways at tenants request. It has its own access to the front and rear of the house and the laundry room. It has its own AC unit you may set as you like and plenty of storage. The bathroom is in the hall inside the house. I don't use it, but it would be shared with another female tenant. Pets would need to be discussed and likely limited to one. No smoking or vaping indoors.
