Beautiful house, great neighboorhood

My fiancé and I stayed here for our travel contract and we loved the house/neighborhood! The reason I took off stars was due to us not being able to extend our work contract because Andy did not give us the opportunity to extend our lease. We did verbalize possibility of extending before we signed the lease, and it was even noted in the lease that there was a chance of extension, but when we heard from our employer that we were able to extend, we reached out to Andy but he had already rented the home out after us without verifying if we would need it longer. This was very disappointing and upsetting due to the fact we had verbalized this being an option prior to leasing. We unfortunately had to retract our extension with our employer due to the little housing availability during the busy season, so it was not only us that was affected by this. The house was amazing and we loved it but traveling healthcare be aware of this when signing the lease and/or contract!
