Perfect experience for health professions students

I had the pleasure of staying here for my final medical school rotation and it exceeded all expectations. First, everything you need is already in the room - except the washer/dryer, which is just outside. A refrigerator and freezer (separate from each other, thus gives you tons of space in total), kitchenette, microwave, coffee-maker, plates/bowls/utensils, work desk - even bathroom towels! You can literally show up with just your clothes. I had no complaints during my entire stay, as the owner lives upstairs and is very quiet. She is very receptive to any questions or concerns you may have; she even provided a fan for the room when the weather outside became too warm. The surrounding area itself is also very safe and quiet, with ample parking; I had rotation hours that fluctuated daily but never felt unsafe or had any difficulties with parking. Without hesitation, I would 100% stay again if I ever return and absolutely recommend this to any health professions student/professional.

Great property! Great landlord!

This property has it all! Super clean! And it has lots of amenities including: washer/dryer, private bath, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and kitchenette. The landlord is so nice and kind! I had no complaints. She had snacks waiting which was so thoughtful. The place is super private if that's what you're looking because it's downstairs and the landlord lives upstairs. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area. I only wish that my contract had lasted a little longer.
