Sunny Escape

Absolutely loved staying here. The home is artistically crafted, spacious and serene. The deck comes with a gorgeous view and gets incredible morning and afternoon sun all year round. I spent many mornings in the hot tub here, watching the sun rise over the amazing view. Several incredible opportunities came my way while living here, leaving me to believe this property is lucky and magical, bringing abundance and health to its tenants. The landlord is responsive, kind and loyal to those living in his spaces. I highly recommend staying here!

Hawks Next - The best of both worlds

If you’re a freelancer or just wanting to get away, the Hawks Nest is the “sweet spot” of seclusion and beach access you’ve been looking for. I’ve just finished staying for the third time, and the buzz hasn’t left. The property is draped in a thick canopy of trees with a running creek nearby. It’s one of those few places where you can finally hear yourself think — The design is thoughtfully designed and stylish - and the rooms have genuine personality. The outdoor space is spectacular, with a fire pit, deck views and a hot tub! The ultimate way to decompress after a long day or shift. Hawks Nest feels miles from the “real world,” yet you’re only minutes away from the energy of Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea. It’s an ideal home base for rugged valley beauty while still keeping things flowing. The bottom line: Hawks Nest is where you can rest and recharge. I’m definitely returning for my next assignment!

Gorgeous place stay

We absolutely loved our long stay at Hawks Nest. It’s the perfect mix of luxury and comfort, and the location above CV Ranch couldn’t be better for a family. The rooms are spacious, the open gourmet kitchen is amazing, and the outdoor spaces are peaceful and relaxing. We loved being so close to everything — about 15 minutes to Carmel Beach, shopping, great restaurants, and even a farmers market right at the bottom of the hill. The views are beautiful, the atmosphere is quiet and serene, and it always felt so good to come home at the end of the day. Management was responsive and helpful, which made the stay even better. We’d absolutely stay here again.
