Garden apartment in recently renovated space with comfortable fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Separate entrance. Plenty of closet space, sleeper sofa for a quest. It is an easy walk to great restaurants and shops. 2 blocks from major public transit routes.
Space
The apartment can easily accommodate two people if they are a couple. The apartment looks out on our back garden. There is a small outdoor sitting space that the guests can use. The apartment was fully renovated 2 years ago so it is still new. It was done by my wife who is an architect so you will find it very accommodating. There is a full, well stocked kitchen.
Neighborhood overview
Bernal Heights is the sunniest neighborhood in San Francisco. It is residential with a mix of single family homes and apartments. There are two lively business districts within easy walking distance where you can find great restaurants, shops, cafes and grocery stores. There are bus lines close by to take you anywhere in the city. Also both main freeways to Silicon Valley are easily accessible.
