This neighborhood is special, no liquor stores or new businesses allowed, family owned homes only. We have it all, beautiful older homes, parks, baseball fields, tennis courts, within walking distance of one of the major transportation centers. Parking is never an issue

Nice landlord
I stay here for 3 months and enjoyed my stay. Quiet neighborhood but close to the city. Easy parking, landlord and roommates are very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend.
