Stay Review

I stayed with Troy's rental here for 3 months while on a training at Erlanger Medical Center. I would say he made a great effort on my stay. There were some issues but were addressed in a timely manner. Examples include the washer dryer unit having electrical issues but it was the summer and there were a few reported electrical outages in the town. There was a water leak issue that he addressed and upon moving in he replaced cooking supplies that may have been taken by a previous renter. He was a good and responsive and reliable source and I would suggest this place to anyone looking. The parking situation was good and just to let you know that the roads in and out of the neighborhood are elevated with stop signs so could be a little challenging but otherwise the place was good
