This peaceful haven is away from traffic, sirens, and crowds across the street from the Pacific with the surf in the background. Enjoy greeting the walkers who get their exercise on our street from the front lanai or have a cool beverage in the backyard cabana gazing at the fish pond or the trees and other plantings. Inside the house is cozy and comfortable. Truly, it is a calming nest.

Space

This a custom home built in 2004 that we bought in July 2025. We have insulated the roof, installed A/C, repainted the exterior, working on redoing the landscaping, and putting in a well. The interior has been thoroughly cleaned and/or painted. The house is very charming and comfortable with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean across the street. There is a fish pond in the backyard near the cabana.
