I had the pleasure of renting from Carlos for 1 person and my cat for over two months. I wish I found it sooner during my travel contract! The Unit is spacious, clean and designed to perfection. Terra is pet friendly and has plenty of room to house a traveling couple with a pet. Carlos is an impeccable host - flexible and responsive to any and concerns/questions. He has crafted a sanctuary for traveling folks with a keen eye for renter’s furnished needs. Between the laundry, shower and tub, dish washer and full kitchen - all of your home needs are met here with Terra’s plentiful amenities. Carlos is invested in the well being of his tenants, and the location of the unit was perfect for a safe, short walk to restaurants, work, grocery/drug stores, etc. The unit is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with well maintained properties for homeowners and renters alike.
