Newly Built Home Near 5 Hospitals - All Utilities Included

Awesome place! My roommate was great, and the overall environment was decent. It was such a lifesaver for me since I was having a hard time finding summer housing. The house is conveniently located near a major bus stop, just about a 4-minute walk, and it's close to most essentials you'll need. The only two issues I'd mention are: Ventilation: The upstairs gets quite hot whenever someone is cooking, so the airflow needs some work. Common Space: While it's a great spot for a short-term stay, staying longer (more than 3 months) can feel a bit suffocating since there's really nowhere to pass the time other than your own room. It would be great if the living room had a TV and/or a sofa.
