Wonderful Home!
This house is a gem! We needed a place for a 2 month stay between our house selling and our move out of state. I had so much anxiety about finding a safe, clean and comfortable home in Medford. This house was an awesome fit! Great (and safe) neighborhood, very well appointed home with everything we needed and it seems like lots (if not all) of the items are new. House is very well cared for with pretty landscaping, an adorable backyard and nice neighbors. The backyard is shaded in the afternoon and evening and is very peaceful. This home surpassed my expectations and Eileen is a wonderful host. It's so obvious that she cared a lot about the property and our stay. I would absolutely rent one of Eileen's properties again and highly recommend her to anyone. We will miss this cute and comfortable house.
