Sweet One Bedroom Terrace Level Apartment

A cozy home away from home!

Me and my husband have been living in this one-bedroom house for four months, and we couldn't be happier with the choice. While it doesn't have a separate living room, the space is incredibly cozy and comfortable. It has absolutely everything you need-you can manage perfectly well for cooking and daily living without missing a thing. A fantastic bonus is the backyard, which comes with outdoor chairs, and an umbrella-perfect for relaxing outside. To top it all off, our landlord has been amazing! She has been so attentive and caring, always making sure we have everything we need. Over these past few months, she hasn't just been a great host; she has truly become a good friend. I hope you are as happy in this house as we have been!

A Gem in Charlottesville!

This place is fantastic! I was looking for a spot where I could easily walk into town, and the location couldnt be better - everything is within walking distance. The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has such a cozy, welcoming feel. Jackie is a wonderful host - super responsive and thoughtful as well as knowledgeable about the area! I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
