Great Location
Really enjoyed this place and Brendy. Clean, cozy and 1 block from the beach. Everything is walking distance! Highly recommend if you are looking to move to Santa Monica.

Great rental and host
As a traveling professional, I stayed in this lovely Santa Monica townhouse for four months and couldnt have asked for a better home away from home. The locationjust one block from Ocean Ave and steps from the beachwas perfect for unwinding after long shifts. The townhouse was comfortable, clean, and ideal for an extended stay. Brendy and her daughter were wonderful hosts: kind, respectful, and always thoughtful. I truly felt supported and welcomed during my time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a longer-term stay in Santa Monica.

Perfection!
This place truly has it all! Its the perfect location in Santa Monica. Walking distance from anything you could imagine and also so safe! The house is beautiful! It feels like your home- its clean and its cozy. Theres a lot of space and it has everything you need. Roommates here are also amazing. Super nice and helpful in general. Great to be around and really want you to feel at home
