What an exceptional experience! Benjamin is a great landlord who made sure the unit was move-in ready. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need, from kitchen essentials to bedroom furnishings, and features a brand-new front-loading washer and dryer. The environment itself is incredibly comfortable. The unit stays cool and extremely quiet, resulting in the best sleep I have had in years. Additionally, the neighbors in the community are consistently kind and warm. The location is the standout feature. The greenway access lets you walk directly to Aldi, Trader Joe's, Barnes & Noble, and local restaurants without dealing with traffic. Waverly Place (Whole Foods, Walmart) is right around the corner, and the Crossroads shopping area (Target) is nearby. You are also only a 5-minute drive from downtown Cary, with effortless access to US-1 and US-64. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfectly equipped and perfectly located home base. Will miss this place!
