This was a fine place to stay. However, it should be known, as it is not clearly stated in the listing, that the landlord and a roommate live on the top level of this property and share the kitchen/living/dining with tenants. There are 2 bedrooms on main level with private bathrooms that are rented out. This should be listed as a room in the house, not as the full property. This was a surprise upon arrival. However, the kitchen was functional and stocked nicely, the rooms were cozy each with a key so they could be locked while not there, and the house was close to a fair amount of shopping and dining. The landlord was overall friendly and accommodating. If you want to rent a room or both, then this is perfect, but if you are expecting a space to yourself, this is not the best property for you.
