Basement located in a 1990's home that has been updated, renovated, and upkept very nicely. The backyard that the basement faces is very well tended too with nice grass, flowers, and bushes. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Previous renters have really enjoyed living here.

There is a private entrance through the backyard.
Although it's a basement, there are plenty of windows (not just window-wells) and natural lighting! It is about 900 sq ft of space.
There is a gas fireplace in the unit to regulate your own temp.

This apartment is located on the desirable west side of town, a short 30min bike ride from Garden of the Gods and 20min walk to the best brewery in town. 1min drive from grocery stores Safeway and King Soopers. A short 10-15min commute to pretty much all hospitals in town.
