Great long term stay!

We stayed at the Orchard House for 2 months while we were moving to the area. The house is an older home, but had it everything we needed to accommodate our needs. Having 2 Living areas was extremely convenient since my elderly father lives with us. Living very close to town was also very convenient. The main road is quite busy, but the house was very well insulated, so the noise rarely bothered us. Our dog was also with us. Taking her out on a leash was necessary every time. Not just for safety of the busy road, but because of neighbors dogs that spontaneously showed up. None of them seemed aggressive at all, but if our girl wasn't leashed she would definitely run off and follow them. The landlord, Nathan, was extremely accommodating and quick to jump on any questions or concerns we had. All in all, we had LOTS of room, easy access to town, and great communication with the landlord. I would definitely recommend staying at this location!
