Two bedroom, two bath with garage and fenced backyard, easy commute to Anshutz or DTC

Perfect stay close to shops and hospital!

This house was absolutely perfect stay for my boyfriend and our 3 (yes - 3) dogs! The fenced-in backyard was one of the biggest I've ever gotten to use at a rental before, and the landscaping is gorgeous. The one car garage fit my car perfectly, and the driveway is big enough to park a second car. The neighborhood is safe - I even felt safe walking my dogs alone at night if I needed to after work. Expo Park is just a short walk and one of our favorite go-to's for evening walks. Grocery stores (along Sooper, Sprout's, Costco. etc.) and chain shopping (Target, TJ Maxx, etc.) was a very short drive! The homeowner is extremely communicative and easy to converse with! Overall couldn't have been happier with our time here!

Wonderful Stay & Wonderful Landlords!!!

I had an amazing 4-month stay in this Furnished Finder. It truly felt like a home away from home!! The neighborhood was warm, welcoming, and friendly. The spacious driveway easily fit multiple vehicles, and the one-car garage offered excellent storage. Inside, the home is exceptionally well stocked with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. The kitchen has all the cooking & baking supplies you could need! The layout was perfect, with 2 BRs/baths, a cozy living room with electric reclining chairs, streaming access, a dedicated office setup, and updated kitchen appliances. The fully fenced backyard is nicely landscaped and has a peach tree! The doggy door was a huge plus, and the outdoor seating was great for relaxing or BBQs. The location is very convenient, just 10 mins to the University Hospital with minimal traffic. This home exceeded expectations and is perfect for traveling professionals, families, students, and especially pet owners. HIGHLY recommend!
