Space
Quiet and cozy bedroom in a 2 bd/1 ba house located in the safe and convenient Overlook neighborhood of N Portland. The room for rent faces the backyard, so it's relatively quiet. Shared bathroom area, which I keep spotless even when I'm not hosting. For example, I wipe down the sink area & squeegee the shower glass after use so it stays looking fresh :)
Neighborhood overview
Centrally located just 3 miles N of the City of Portland. Easy I-5 and I-84 Freeway access, and only 2 blocks to the MAX light rail Yellow Line & TriMet bus routes. 5 minute walk (or less) to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants/bars, PCC college and Peninsula Park. 10 minute walk to N Mississippi Ave and 15 minute drive to our regional airport hub PDX. Despite the Central location, its relatively quiet.
