Dr Kennesha was an awesome landlord. I stayed in this studio for about 6 months and I had a great experience renting. She was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout my tenancy. Any maintenance issues were addressed promptly, and the property was well maintained. The leasing process was straightforward, and I always felt treated with respect. I would highly recommend renting from her to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive landlord. The studio is located in the East Village. Super luxe and eccentric neighborhood. The baseball stadium is also across the street. Walking distance to literally everything downtown. Modern appliances. My neighbors were nice also. Sad to have left but onto the next adventure.
