This studio rental is located in a quiet neighborhood and comes with deck that affords our guest beautiful views of the Clear Lake and the surrounding mountains and vineyards. The city-maintained roads are new and offer a great escape for walking, jogging or biking and there are local hiking trails available as well.

This unit is a Studio Apt. size with a shared driveway, but private access. It has been recently remodeled, has a full kitchen and bathroom, with antique eagle claw tub/shower. It has electric and woodstove heat, as well as air conditioning. The unit is fully electric with working smoke and C02 detectors. It also comes with a washer & drier that are in the unit for your use.

Great stay!
It’s a detached in-law unit separate from the main house. I stayed here during my respiratory work contract at Meadowood. The views of the lake are stunning, and the drive there each day was beautifully scenic. Close to the town center. The host, Russell, is a stand-up guy—responsive, thoughtful, and easy to work with. Easy recommend to all the traveling nurses out there.
