It sits on the hillside and has amazing views of the valley. Pool is close to the house. It is a few steps up. The spa is next to the pool. the house is accessible from the parking through short steps. The house is cool in the summer and heated in the winter. It has a patio to sit on and enjoy the views of the valley as well as the mountains in the horizon. We have also just added an office table and chair. (pictures will follo...

The condo is comfortable for 2 people but it can house up to 4 people. It is open space and has two living areas. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. From the dining room you can view the beautiful scenery and walk out into the patio and enjoy sitting out and be refreshed.
The second bedroom can be used as an office as well. Furnished with desk and a chair.
Neighborhood overview
walking trails are all around the property. Friendly neighbors love to welcome new people even when they are there for a short period. It is more adult community and they are mainly fun to have around. The views from the unit are excellent and it is even better from the swimming pool and the jacuzzi which are a few steps from the front door of the house.
