Perfect studio experience

I stayed in this studio for 9 months and it was such a great choice! The apartment is clean, well maintained, and Daniella is great with communication. Its only a walk away from downtown and theres never any issues with parking. Theres a lot in back of the apartments to park and street parking for guests, but the street parking is practically always empty. Theres also coin based laundry in the garage. Overall great experience!

Perfect Downtown Home

I lived in this charming studio from January 2023 to December 2025, and it was truly home. The location in the heart of downtown is unbeatable and made it incredibly convenient to enjoy local events and culture within walking distance of your front door! The apartment was cozy, featuring a Murphy bed, fold-out couch, a fold-out desk, and plenty of storage. Daniella, my landlord, and her husband, Diedrich, were exceptionally kind and always helpful, making me feel welcome. Living here helped me come out of my shell and create lasting memories. It’s a truly wonderful, welcoming space that I’ll always cherish.
