This is a unique newly rehabbed home that is made for one or two persons max with a garage. There is a really patio with a overhead shelter right behind the house. During the Winter season this is not helpful but the rest of the year is wonderful.

Princeton Heights neighborhood is a safe neighborhood with a lot of families who live there and is filled with plenty of family owned restaurants to walk to. Great neighbors, lots of park area relatively easy to get to highways & safe. (I've walked my dog at midnight)

Cute Cozy and Comfotable
This home is perfect for a one person stay! Detached garage was great during the winter to keep my car clean and covered, a quick 15 minute drive to Barnes with grocery and other stores all within a 10 minute drive!! Mr Winters was wonderful and responded quickly and respectfully with whatever was needed during my stay!
