Cleanliness was an issue

The landlord was kind and helpful about issuing my refund, but I do think future renters should know what to expect. When I arrived, the shared bathroom and common areas were much dirtier than I was comfortable with, and I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself before using it. The room itself was fine, but the cleanliness of the shared spaces was the reason I chose not to stay. I would recommend asking for recent photos of the bathroom and common areas before booking.
