The location was ideal, offering a perfect balance between a quiet retreat and proximity to an active social life. I particularly enjoyed being within walking distance of downtown while still benefiting from a serene environment in the evenings. The proximity to Baker Park was a significant advantage for outdoor activity, and the convenience of stress-free parking without the need for city permits. Jason and Eva were attentive and helpful hosts and often made me feel like family. The apartment was meticulously maintained, and I valued the privacy provided by the property and the backyard. It was a wonderful place to live, and I have yet to find another home that compares.

Studio Apartment

This was a perfect Studio Apartment for me while I attended Hood College. The location is great, as you have Baker Park right across the street & Downtown Frederick is within walking distance. Jason & Eva were super kind and very helpful anytime I needed something. They are very easy to rent from and they will respect your space as needed. The area is very friendly with lots of things to do in the evening and on the weekends. I loved staying here and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent!
