Beautiful Historic Apartment That Truly Felt Like Home

I had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend it! The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and has all the modern amenities you could want while still preserving the historic character of the building, which was one of my favorite things about it. The huge windows were another highlight-I rarely needed to turn on the lights during the day because there was so much natural light. I also always felt safe here, despite some of the reputation surrounding Shockoe Bottom. The coded building entrance and secure parking garage gave me peace of mind, and having an elevator made moving in and out so much easier. Claudine was wonderful to rent from-responsive, accommodating, and especially flexible when my work contract extensions were up in the air and I sometimes didn't know until the last minute. That meant so much as a travel nurse. I genuinely enjoyed living here and would happily stay again!

Simply Incredible

This is the best place and richmond I've stayed at. This place being beyond up to date with the most beautiful huge windows and natural lighting, and super clean. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. The apartment was well-maintained, modern, and felt like home from day one. Everything was kept in excellent condition, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention went into the property. What made the experience even better was the incredible landlord. She always professional yet incredibly friendly and personable, responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about their tenants. Any questions or concerns were handled quickly, and communication was always easy and pleasant. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish place to live with a landlord who truly goes above and beyond.

Immaculate, Perfect Location One bedroom downtown

I found the broom factory after walking by it several times, the location is perfect especially because it is so close to the river. I stayed in unit 5 which has a super long restoration hardware leather couch, king size bed with real sheets and the most comfortable mattress ever! Claudine is super friendly and accommodating. She even answers late in the evening. Everything is high quality, even the knives and silverware. I feel like the owner picked everything out as if she were living here. Amazing views from the roof deck and the building is really quiet. It seems like it is just full of professionals who are there to work. Super high speed internet and everything is brand new. The building just got completed this fall. Soaring ceilings!!!
