Great DC rental
I stayed at this wonderful Bloomingdale apartment in December 2025. Super spacious and great layout. The landlords Claire and Harsha were very attentive and friendly. Great location with easy access to downtown, restaurants, bars etc. would highly recommend!

Great value for money
I lived in this apartment for two years. It's a great DC starter apartment and great value for money. Key points: -Harsha and Claire are great landlords, responsive to any problems -Apartment is sound, in good condition, and clean -- has pretty much everything you need -Appliances in good working order -Access to back yard, nice window onto front yard, TV -Good location -- pleasant neighborhood,15 min walk to Shaw metro (Green Line), Howard U, and Whole Foods, 20 min to U Street, 45 min walk to downtown DC
