Listen.. I can't even explain how great this place and the hosts were. It was always clean, has nice furniture, a cute aesthetic like nothing compares at all. I originally was supposed to stay for 3 months but when my contract was extended they had no problem with accommodating me. Overall, I wish the best for my hosts cause they truly were so nice and offered so much more than regular hosts do. Between the cleanliness, the hospitality, and the safe neighborhood location I couldn't have asked for anything better. Book here, you won't regret it :) AND ITS NICE FOR A GOOD PRICE A WIN IS A WIN

Wonderful first stay in Lubbock!

This was our first stay in Lubbock, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! RC and Sharon have truly thought of everything you could need for a temporary stay and have furnished the home so thoughtfully. The house is spotless, spacious, beautifully designed, and just as pictured. The location is also great, especially for anyone spending time at Texas Tech. RC and Sharon live right next door, which was so convenient. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive, and always available if we needed anything or wanted recommendations. Thankfully, we didn't have any issues during our stay, but it was reassuring knowing they were nearby. The garage is also spacious enough to fit two cars, which was a great bonus. Overall, we had such a wonderful stay and were genuinely sad to leave. We would absolutely stay here again!
