Clean, Comfortable, Spacious, Convenient, and Safe

I lived here for 6 weeks while on a clinical rotation in Huntersville. The entire place was very clean and comfortable. The queen size bed was new and very nice. Good desk and chair. Pictures are exactly like the room. I liked that my room was on the bottom level of the townhouse, it felt very private. Pablo, the landlord, was kind and didn't mind me cooking in his kitchen frequently. It was spacious, peaceful and quiet, easy to relax. I felt safe and relaxed living there. Pablo lived upstairs on third level and we had another roommate upstairs in third room. Everyone was clean and kind, I have no complaints. I would definitely stay there again, or recommend this place to someone looking for a calm relaxing home. Pablo also provided a key to my room for privacy and safety. Free parking, in unit washer dryer combo. Down the street in walking distance there was a nice trail/greenway where I enjoyed walking. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Great Tranquil Room

Overall was a great experience with Pablo in his home. He was a welcoming guest and was accommodating to anything I needed. The room is clean and brand new very nice quiet setup on the first floor right next to the front door and the garage door. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Overall if you need a nice place to stay and you're okay with having roommates this is the place.
