Great Experience Despite Unexpected Circumstances

Natalie was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout this entire process. Although we unfortunately were unable to stay at the townhouse due to delays with closing on our home, she was extremely understanding, accommodating, and compassionate from beginning to end. She promptly refunded our deposit as expected and even returned the cleaning fee since we never actually stayed in the property, which we truly appreciated. On top of that, she went out of her way trying to help find another renter so we could potentially recover some of the rent we had already paid. Her communication was always kind, professional, and responsive, and she consistently showed genuine care and fairness during a stressful situation for our family. Even though we didnt get the opportunity to stay in the townhouse, our experience with Natalie was very positive, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and considerate host.
