3 month stay

This truly felt like my home away from home. Stayed here for 3 months. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. Joseph was readily available to help or answer any questions. Conveniently located. Lots of great Mexican food nearby. My dog enjoyed the park that is 2 blocks away, we went daily. The L is just a quick 2 minute walk from the unit, which makes getting to downtown quick. The only con I would say is the unit is on the 2nd floor and the L is right behind the unit so it can be pretty loud. Overall would stay here again.

Travel nurse stay

I cant say good things about Joes place! I travelled for work and needed a place close to the hospital. Train station is on the corner. To drive to the hospital it is about 5 mins. Downtown is about 10 mins away as well. Everything in the area was friendly to walk, lots of places to eat, to visit and explore. Parking is first come first serve on the street, but never had issues parking. I felt safe at Joes place with the safety monitors provided. The place was maintained with new appliances and items to use while I stayed there. Very cozy and tidy for my dog and I. Washer and dryer on the unit. Joe was very responsive and one of the best landlords I ever had! He really cares about his tenants! If you need somewhere to stay for work or to vacation, this place wont disappoint!
