The home currently has 4 beds (2 kings and 2 queens) but if one of the bedrooms wants to be used for office space, we are more than happy to accommodate accordingly and remove any beds. We also have smart desks available that can be provided.
6 months or longer rentals: rent is $3,200 and tenant is responsible for power and water. Landlord pays for internet/basic cable, security system, gas and lawn care.
