Private half bath in basement, would need to come to main level common space for full bath/shower. Large open kitchen space and common area. Patio overlooks golf course- west facing. A dog & cat are on premises, but open to another dog if behaved and gets along with my animals (both friendly). Pet deposit only because I just redid all carpet and flooring this past year :)
